Casey Selzer, CNM, is a 2007 graduate of Columbia University's Nurse-Midwifery Program. Prior to joining the Midwifery of Manhattan family in 2010, Casey provided full scope Midwifery care to women and families from around the world at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan. Casey began her work in women's health in 2002 as a birth and postpartum doula for low income families in Massachusetts. She brings a passion for family, community, creativity, and humor to her practice. Before finding her life's work in Midwifery, Casey studied art and worked as an organic farmer. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, a political organizer and writer, and their three daughters.
